Dictionary life...

I stated today that I thought that " normal" should be outlawed...

I was trying to observe the differences between judging from the outside and saying that is normal ..and pushing the concept of someone elses normal upon others. Reading this, its as if its a mathematical formula for normal. If that is the case, how come I never got that in my classes, dictionary oh dictionary, how you ruin me.

Now read what balance means...there are plenty of meanings...

Just when you think that, you are the ONLY one doing anything, and that you are special, its been done.

Wonder of wonder, miracle of Miracles!

  • Match maker match maker, make me the perfect match...
Its not that I'm sentimental its that I'm terrified...playing with matches a girl could get burned...this is a familiar song from Fiddler on the Roof.
What a great movie, full of music and true history, and people that talk to God and they believe He listens.

I talk to God a lot lately, and I can relate my life to many movies and books and friends, but when I get to the place I am today, I put on this old faithful movie and let it soak in, like a hot bath. Only better than a hot bath, it doesn't take me away, it brings me into the now. It speaks in plain English the kind of traditional values, I have. It also shows clearly the upheavals, that all of us have, and within this simple artistic art form, I am calmed , renewed, my Jaded heart nurtured. I am amazed that this classic film, still holds true in a modern world of prosperity and freedom. This enduring film will always be my most favorite.

The main character as you know, is Tevia, Father of five girls, who struggles to get his work done on his farm because he has just one lame horse. The father and his right to hold traditions as truth, and he alone makes the decisions. Except when, the world changes and everything around him starts to turn around and upside, and his children make their own decisions, based on how they feel and their freedoms. While on his own, busily working, he wonders why he isn't cursed with money...it is there that we hear the powerful song, " If I were a rich man" . This is a comforting theme I can relate to, not exactly the man part, but the asking God if it would spoil some vast eternal plan is humorous and worth contemplating. The kind of patience and kindness that was required to survive in the chaos of the days when a farm and a family was all that you ever had, to be so closely tied to your town and your children and your religion, is something few people in 2011 would touch with a ten foot pole. In fact I am quite sure that many would run fast and far from that kind of reliance on such secular beliefs. I often wonder, how many of us- came from similarly humble beginnings? To our benefit our forefathers were no wimps, and struggled through for us to have better days. Modern days, without irrational fear of sin, and many needless worries that today are proven to be sorely out-dated. Fear of sin, for dancing, or marriage, and fear of a woman not getting married--is quite humbling as well. Who has not thought to themselves, oh no, shes doing something she should not...? How many stones are tossed, in the name of religion and tradition, that now are clearly so unnecessary? More than we can count.

What makes this story so timeless and so applicable, when the majority of us lack this long suffering back ground, or more likely not even know our back ground? Is this troubling story just enough to stir our souls back to think of what is right way to love in the eyes of God and our parents, and what is truly our own choice? If you have children, it seems as if God only knows what goes on in their heads when they make poor choices. And as adults, we hide from our children our childish needs, in order to teach, through actions, what we need them to see in us, to be the adults 'we' approve of. When we stop asking for approval from our parents, and the line is blurred enough for us to make this transition , children and parents can loose sight of what is real, for what is similar to the dated irrational sinful fears. We can hold onto our worst fears, and impose the strictest ideals, remembering our own bad habits when we should really, let our bonds of family hold us up and trust our children have learned what we wanted them to. Let go and give out fears to God. When we go to God and talk to Him, we bring our troubles, do we always remember to bring our joys? I want to try this, each time I panic, and worry about troubles that I cant control, I need to find a grateful place, and be calm.

( God ) Who do you take your troubles to? Tevia asks thoughtfully.

I grew up with this famous movie, and I sung its charming tunes. I did not even think if I was the 'right' religion, for it I am not Jewish. Now that I am older and look at for what it is, did I hide from that tormenting secret so intertwined within this story, I think so. I absorbed the visual beauty of hard work, the essence blessed family, and the obvious hardships that are not just about the children but also the responsibility of the parents, all shown off with talented dancing and singing actors? The sadness could be seen as beauty, they give poverty the look of artistic quality , and the music makes this epic film easy to digest. Each time the story turns, and the children go their own way, we pull into our hearts thoughtful desires to be loved, and the intimate soulful songs weave our heart into understanding that love has no boundaries. Love has no walls and cannot be contained. We believe the children are right, but we mourn the parents rights as well. It's as sad as the lame horse that cant help the father, the history speaks for itself, and yet,the bonds of the family are stronger than any bizarre hatred this world can force upon them.

I caught some of the fantastic quotes this film salts us with, not just fancy words:
  • " Dear God, Did you have to send me that news today?I know we are the Chosen ones, once in awhile cant you chose someone else?"
  • Even a poor tailor is entitled to some happiness
  • Enough lessons, back to the house, there is work to be done!
  • Good news will stay, and bad news will refuse to leave!
  • Where do you think you are, America?
  • even the great wealthy must die in fact if the rich could hire out the death and the unhealthy, we poor could make a good living!
  • their so happy, they don't know how miserable are
  • After a life time a piece of paper and get out...
  • Eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth, the whole world will be blind and toothless!

After all that I see in this 'Fiddler' story, good and upstanding people, who have skills that they define and use to support themselves, and yet-nothing can keep them from the eminent harm that will change their life forever. These truths ring true in recent problems of our own housing industry, and our American history is being written as we live each day. There are still wrongs that need to be made right with human suffering in many homes and places all over the world this will test us all. The bonds of family are tested in all walks of life, and there is no normal, this is a word that we should probably consider outdated and even a inappropriate.

The traditions today may not be the truths for tomorrow. But for most of us love is more than a feeling, its more than a ceremony, it remains, the willingness to take care of each-other along with the commitment of growing old together and sharing the new traditions. We want to bring us as a broken people into an atmosphere of personal relationships that have freedoms and understandings that are good in the eyes of our intimate family, and hopefully, our society accepts us as well, so that we are not so broken.

I am tested and I am broken, but I can still love, and find something to sing about. In the midst of troubles in my own life, or in yours, or in the lives of children and the world, we can still find the time to see the fiddler on the roof, he plays for all of us.

Three Quotes by Galileo Galilei

I do not feel obliged to believe that the same God who has endowed us with sense, reason, and intellect has intended us to forgo their use.
This is the most important quote that there is. It is my mantra and my heart beat.
Let us never forget this truth, and who brought it to us.

Nature is relentless and unchangeable, and it is indifferent as to whether its hidden reasons and actions are understandable to man or not.

Another reminder that those that are in awe of nature respect it the best. The best thing we can do for anyone is to be in awe, to listen to learn from them and to realize that we are also apart of nature, always changing, and no less than the moon and the stars.

You cannot teach a man anything; you can only help him discover it in himself.
Galileo Galilei

Thank a teacher if you can read this, thank your parents if you can remember when you learned it, and thank yourself for living the kind of life that enables you to be on the side that finds such delightful free information.

Welcome Christmas

Hi there! Great to see blogger land again!

I am not sick anymore yeas!!! Know that feeling? its like a ressurection!
I believe I had the flu :( and was in bed for at least 3 days! Nothing like a little sickness to remind me that being healthy is better than any cozy bed or great movie! Your health is your wealth.
And I even feel like decorating for Christmas...I really do!

My spirit has been raised up to a new level, and the more my head has cleared from the flu fog, the more I see that I should not be the Grinch, and hate Christmas this year, but that I should be glad. Because even the Whos knew what was true, that you cant stop Christmas from coming no matter how mean or rotten you are!

So lets all gather round the tree and talk about what is to be!
What else is happening...
It has been such a long time since I have had a chance to blog on this computer!
I have been very busy, working, driving to and from schools, and going places for my clients. I am always thinking about new ideas to write about, its just that usually my computer is not right in front of me, or its 3 am in the morning! Why is that the best ideas come in the wee hours of the morning?
I don't know why-the best ideas are not always the handiest!
==I read something the other day that might explain it,
Success is a moving target :)

I like to read inspirational quotes there are some real fun ones. I twitter a lot these days, and you can find me @cclizloves. If you like quotes you can always find twitterers quoting so many different people there, historical women, sport greats, stock traders, Budah, even Oprah has her own twitter quote feed! She's really taking over the world!
I grow weary of the quotes, over and over with the same old you can acheive success just do this, and the world is yours. Sometimes I comment back, NOT TRUE> :0 because I can.

Its kinda fun to Twitter, you can see the world in two or three sentences, its short and sweet. Or it can a complete lie, but at least you can choose, and its not going to be huge surprise, just remember the old phrase, if its too good to be true, it probably is. I wonder who said that first, that is sure tried and true! I have actually enjoyed talking to people all over the world, and I get to know news before its on the news. Best of all its another way to publish to the world, and I love to write and publish! I like it so much I am helping other to do it too! Today I started a blog for some missionary friends of mine, their new blog is
http://GatesofGloryOver NewZealand.blogspot.com
check it out!

Today, I saw the new Panda Book at the Publishers! I previewed it! Larger, and more detailed.
And as promised I should have books for Christmas!
I have orders too! OH HOW much joy!

This is just the beginning, as the rest unfolds I will post as usual. Big surprises coming in the new year. Yes my computer mentoring is still unfolding, and the plans are still a go. So far so good!

Many good prayers are unfolding as well, and my grateful heart will be sending out many more in reply! I send out a big hug to my AUNTE CAROL and UNCLE DEXTER for the love that they are always sending me! Lets go skiing!?
Thank you for the prayers everyone, thank GOD for the second millionth chance, for forgiveness and understanding. Christmas is coming it wont last long, Bless us everyone!

xxoo

Christmas spirit

I can't remember the last time I didn't feel like decorating for Christmas... I have enjoyed traditions ever since we moved into our house; lights on our outside noble fur tree, look so cute! The special handmade ornaments from my kids Sunday school, hung around the house and old handed down ornaments from when I was a very young child nestled into a little inside tree. I have faithfully watched over these precious items with love and tenderness, so that each year, they are as usable and full of memories as the ones before. It's always the memory of the years past that brings out their charms, and yet I feel I must protect them this year.
This year, I won't be trimming a tree, nor trying to improve my yard . I am sorry to say that i am far too worried about myself this year to care much about the joys of holiday decorations. It was fun to have colorful lights and sweet decorations, but somehow these little things on the outside can't make what wrong with the inside go away. Decorations won't fix our sad house. Gifts won't bring joy, for in these days more people than we realize are unemployed and unable to maintain what used to be the norm. It's cold outside, it's not fun to even imagine living without a decent home.

There is here. We are they, and it's one of the saddest Christmas' I can remember, it shocks and horrifies, I wish I had comfort for you. But often we learn from the worst of times, and we change and grow into new and different people, and move onto new places. Let's us not forget each-other- or our lives together, and our love we shared. It is all we ever really have.

If we can just see around the corner maybe it's better, but I'm still to afraid to look. There is no comfort for the homeless. Let us be good to those who have loved and lost, it is supposed to be better than not. A house is not the decorations on the outside. Lots of expensive lights? sure its pretty but some of us aren't fooled by
Pretty outsides.

Is it okay to be pretty when it's all falling apart? Pretty is as pretty does.

From Dannion Brinkley's Web SITE : From that moment on, I was engaged in the fiercest battle of my life. I was so angry that I hadn’t been allowed to stay in the loving paradise we call, the afterlife. And I was even more enraged that they had sent me back, with all this knowledge and a mission, into a body so racked with pain and damage that it took me two years to learn to walk and feed myself again.
When I could finally remember the names and faces of my loved ones, none of them wanted to hear about my journey to the Heavens. They just wanted the whole incident to go away. This strained all of my relationships, and destroyed my love affair with my Sandy. At that point, I thought I would lose my mind. My life had been stolen from me. Now, I just wanted to go Home ~ back to the Heavens

However, after my time of reflection in the Heavens that day, the Being of Light telepathically conveyed these words:Who you are is the difference that God makes, and the difference is love.

do you think you can tell

Today was a significant day for sure. There really isn't any easy way to explain this, but, I saw the light today. It really feels like , it , sees you.

Let me clarify: Dannion Brinkley author of "At Peace In The Light" speaks of his experience as a Hospice Caretaker, and "the light" that comes for you when you are ready to die.

Okay this might be odd for some of you, so if this bothers you please don't read on, it's not going to get much better. Thanks.
But if you think you might understand this idea, or that you might actually be interested in what Dannion knows that I don't, I recommend you read his book, :) my experience while similar is unique. I know I don't want to sound, delusional so I will just point out my awareness of what seems rather unscientific, and purely subjective to personal beliefs.
While I respect that there are without a doubt, many ways to live and know God, there are the same number of ways to die. In that moment, we can surmise that many of us, would be thinking about our creator, and that they also may come back for us, to collect us, at the time of passing. In other words, that what we believe does, in fact happen to us, is also unseen, and usually unproven. I believe Dannion, I think that when you are ready, and Gods ready, its time.

I watch an 87 year old man, it's my job to help him get to his Dr Apt, and I can be very effective for forms and driving, and feeding, but the rest is always just observation, it is all I can say about it, without divulging what is rightly private. But today was different, and I noticed a change. I usually can tell when people don't feel well, need attention, or are acutely effected by their surroundings. Defending or holding up the person is necessary, and in a moment things can change, it becomes the difference between a good day and an accidental fall or sickness. I will do what ever it is that is needed to be calm and collected in the moment, and usually I feel completely in control. Except for the moments when the aging process is starting to take over, and the patient is close to the end. Those little moments you notice, by the shocked re-actions and the unsteady gait, of the longer lasting ,overwhelming realization, that total confusion has set in.

Waiting for death, is the reality for those who are shut in homes, and hospitals, after a certain age, most of the elderly take it day by day. Its Truly amazing to see, those that really do well, late in life, the stories they tell, the gratefulness of simple basic needs, and the love of those who care for them. It is no surprise to me that today, while I was at MD Imaging in Downtown Redding, marveling at the fabulous facility, I was blinded by an evening light, while sitting inside the building, and if that sounds impossible, that is why I took such notice of it. I sat on a long padded couch with no back, waiting and listening for the Dr to call his name, the west facing door, opened up to reveal a blinding reflection of light with prisms and movement and circular motion, fall up on my face, and even though it was blinding, no one but me noticed it. It shined so beautiful, that when the shaded glass doors shut it still found its way into the room. I felt it say to me, he is ready. I felt very near it, and I felt the need to be in awe and stand back. It was something that I want to remember because I would like to believe that His angels do come for us, and that we will be collected by our maker, when its time.

It doesn't mean I am a saint either, and that is another reason why, I think it was divinely cast, because at the time, I was having moments of doubt, as to whether I should continue my "caretaker " position and if I am just sort of a glorified, educated taxi driver. I said, I need to make more money, and poor me, and then this light said, this is really important work for someone else, please don't get caught in yourself, because this is his moment, and its not going to last forever, like --me.

That is why, for the first time in his life he went to Japanese food, hot tea and saki. It was wonderful. Oh and there was a prayer said today to, when all felt lost and tears were falling.
I asked for my Jesus to come, and I said please comfort him now. I think, we are not alone, not ever, the light is our friend, and it knows when to shine on us.

Thanks be to God. The Shepherd will help you find your way home, I am sure.
Did I happen to mention that my Grandfather introduced me to this book? He was on Art Bell, you can look it up, it's really interesting and worth a try especially if youre a caretaker.
lots of love- and I love books

What's going on

Here I am today, sitting inside the arco arena, tired as hello, been up since 4 am, already my calorie intake is the hotdogs, coffee, and gum! Needless to say I am still waiting on God, waiting for that moment where I amNOT saying de ja vous or my head isn't spinning with I KNOW!!
It's just like I'm an extra piece of junk stuck just at the bottom of the disposal that keeps getting missed and will not go down the drain.
I listened to the story of Gideon, and I thought well yes this IS one I know, I live it- I am always tooting my horn in the face of adversity it's my one plan that never fails, but when inthink of Gideon I think of the books I sold, and read by Elizabeth Buckley Archer, that are not only about time travel, historical fiction, but the main character is named Gideon, and it's also the first tittle of the series of time traveler books. Gideon tells his story at the point when all seems darkest to the children, when they believe they could never defeat the criminals that have stolen their money, and their trust. I loved those books, not just for the sweetest applications of biblical references, but for the chance to believe in passing back and forth in time.
Who hasn't wished they could return to their younger self , and forewarned their innocent self from making that mistake, that irrevocably changed your life. What glory is there in hindsight, and what gift is prophecy? Do we realize that the effect one thing changed would entail a long list of altered realities. It's the Maslow psychology, we know we can but do we really trust ourselves ? The greatest power is, faith, in the things you cannot see, and yet it's probably also our weakest point. How can this be? How can I be weak and strong? I wish I could explain it; today I said to myself, I am so glad Gideon was a story I was familiar with, it was wonderful to hear it again, and even if this story is something we all have access to, few know it, and fewer will believe it and tell it.
Why was I so drawn to it years ago, and why am I right here today, thinking that this arco arena was the same venue for so many other presentations, and one that I only can dream about and will most likely never come true. I think, if I'm looking at my self today, through the eyes of yesterday then exactly how can I be living in today ? I transcend time and space not by physical reality but but memory. Just like in the book the time travelors we blur when we chose to live in the past and we can only be in one place at a time. The more we live in the days of our memory the more we blur, the less we are in the now, and at any moment we can loose ourselves, completely forced into the lines of love and worry that we create, trying the change the moments we mistakenly believed we were robbed of.

I will be waiting for the moment to get my life signed because on the concert, the book is already written and I just have to connect the past with the present.

Sleep and dream, that's all.

More updates later.

Surely you Jest, Dress for success!

Hello!

How are you? and yes, I am waiting for an answer? You ever notice how it seems that there are people that just SAY things, and don't really even think about what they say, they just- go through the motions... for example:

Manners, does that even ring a bell, then your showing your age, because what ever happened to those? They seemed to go out of style with, old music, nice clothing and suits, and big giant cell phones. If you do have manners, I have a couple of questions, please help...whats up with this:

Hi! You look so pretty today!

Thanks-- you do too.

Is this just rhetoric? Do we even believe that, why say it at all if you just want someone to say it back, because people~ we know, that if you don't say the exact thing back- there is something really unfortunate happening, you don't appreciate the compliment! You were RUDE...( and yet sometimes if feels so patronizing.. for me, THAT feels so fake, like its a ploy to see if that's all you care about, how you look. Its not!, and often, well all the time, I know I don't look great, or even good, because I think that my standards are a little too high, or maybe exaggerated but I like men that dress nicely, but its not always a sign of class, I like honesty in personality best. See I am different, I don't JUST- look at the outside of people, I am actually much more influenced by what comes out of someones inside, and its never a surprise to see, the imbalance of beauty to behaviors.

Hi how are you?

Fine thanks how are you.

Fine thanks.

If you're a woman, you say, fine. If you're a man you say OK, and if your really into it, you say GREAT! and then walk away. I don't know why, but I think that you actually care ...IF you ask.

Thanks , for asking but if you really don't want to know, don't ask me! I cant tell you how many times I have been in a store and the clerks stalk you, "HI -- HOW ARE YOU,"

Um - I am shopping,( for good food , and prices that don't make me think your all getting rich, but I don't say that, even when the third or fourth, or fifth clerk says it...)

Finally I said as I was paying my bill, " You might want to ask everyone to NOT ask how are you, because after I had been asked about ten times, I was really going to tell them how I was doing " He laughed and said go ahead tell me, and that was the ice breaker for real friendship, and he is always nice to me, and doesn't ask me how are you. He smiles and I say, I am going to ask you, and then expect you to answer me, we chuckle...

It's just ridiculous to start a conversation with "how are you, "when you don't even know that person. I am not saying that I cant be nice, and say all the right words, but if a business is unaware that all the people are saying, "hi how are you," they are not selling the product they are secretly -psychologists in the wings, and really just want you to NOT talk to them. Most people go about Thier business

Ask me, what are you looking for, or MAY I assist you in your shopping today, or better yet, Thanks for coming in today! Or Liz great to see you. Best of all, I like the smile, that one little gesture that says, hey I am at peace with this, what ever it is. It also says, I am open to talking, or I am intelligent enough to help you if you need it and I know you're smart enough to ask for it, because women -will-ask for help. We will ask for it, and often I will offer it as a consumer in a public place, even when I just know the employers don't really want me to. HA!

For example, at the BANK, the one that claims to be of AMERICA...there is a person at the door, like a mait r'd "what can I help you with today?" ANYTHING? How about the fact that your ATM just ate my card and my check, can you do that? and they always give you the direction to the desk and then call a number far far away, and then I talk on the phone...that's not customer service, that's something else. I talked to their people for hours, and told my story ten times, and then I still had to fill out forms, and wait to have them say, we will think about this. Its just that moment you realize, being nice doesn't always work. You HAVE to get a little pushy!

No seriously, its odd to have someone smile and you - and comment to people as they pass, its like an inside beggar, CAN I PLEASE -- help you. She works there, and looks like she needs a job! Please don't ask me, please be busy, please please please I just think as I realize shes about to ask me. I'd just once like to see, once of those helpful people HELP someone, shes not doing the helping, shes directing people...I might look like a blond, and a girl, but really is that was shes really doing? REALLY? It feels a lot like, the person weeding out the weirdos, prejudging us, and yes Ill say it, profiling. When did it become the new normal to just look at someones outside and think, yes they are safe. Or oh no, they don't look safe? I am not going there.

I know that if I dress up, in my business attire in Redding, people will treat me like the manager of what ever place I am in, almost NO ONE wears real suits here, its kind of sad. I am so used to seeing my Father and Mother, and relatives in suits, men in three pieces suits with real wing tip shoes and nice hair, and clean, its just the way I was raised. We lived in the areas where there were plenty of clothing choices, but still, the people that worked wore working clothes. What is the problem with this? Okay, yes we think that success is only measured by how we dress, and that our outside attire can hide our inside imperfections, I will agree with the superficial-ness of that. The truth is, you do dress for success, and if all of a sudden a group of business' came in and had this image of success, and the look of clean, tailored fitted and classic , I think it offers a positive image and would inspire others to possibly-strive for higher ideals. That's a mouthful, its a long shot, maybe even a silly idea, but it works in almost every big city. Yes kids, people do look at what you wear, and they do see that first . Sorry.
Jim Rohn spokes about this: " God judges you on your inside. People Judge you on your outside. People aren't supposed to do that, but they do, they DO!"

In Redding, and the adjacent areas, very few understand professional attire. I can go almost anywhere, and count on one had the number of people who LOOK like they are working,( and even less that act like they are working.) I just keep thinking, that more more its gets about, wearing all black, and dressing down, and taking the personal style out of wearing clothing, that we need less and less. If you don't see it around you, if you don't eat it, live in it or wear it, you don't need it. If it doesn't pay your bills feed your kids, or clean your house, you cant afford it. We are a society of decadence, don't be fooled by the news and the Internet this is the USA- and we have lowered our standards with our use of the Internet, cell phones, texting, slang words, our lack of truly respectful work clothing, and the loss of intelligence in the most common choices such as foods we eat, and prices of services, and even worse, we just accept what we are told. The kids still use terms like Ho- and pimp, and the fashion industry has made it popular to look like those images, selling us the EMPERORS NEW CLOTHING.

How far are we from going naked with boys and men wearing pants below their bottom? And girls in bathing suit tops, lower than the cleavage? Its not that this is wrong all the time, its just wrong at work! Please, do I need to be clearer here? What are you selling you, or the product? If all I can see you, and I cant get past you to get in the door, and you wont leave me alone after your first greeting or give me any attention when I wait at the register, people this is why we are out of work, and in a consumer stale mate. NO one wants to go out anymore, because NOTHING is worth it! The price we pay, for restaurants, and services is barely worth it, and add in the fact that customer service is non existent, why buy anything in a store, or go out to eat. WHY?
There seems to be no end for reasons to do everything yourself, even at the grocery store we have to bag it our self, and ring it, and of course cook it. Why is this trend of us just doing it ourselves getting so big, because people don't trust others, and we don't want to pay someone else, for something that it seems like we can do better. It's a no brainer, we're not paying for what we're not getting, and its just the consumer finally saying I am not going to take it anymore.

Do what ever you want in your house, dress how ever you want in your business, or day off or what ever, that is not up for debate. My honest opinion is just that, its just my view of this life.

To be plain and simple, stupid outfits make you look stupid. Sorry, and smart suits can make the dumbest person look smart. That's just the way it is. You can find clothes for almost nothing at the GOOD WILL or the SALVATION ARMY, not to mention the oodles of Consignment shops waiting for you to recycle. That's smart living!

What is the difference between MACY's and the SALVATION ARMY? About 50$

When you buy something, and wear it just once its used. YOU wore it, once! Unless you are very famous, your clothes wont be worth what you paid for them, do not think that the consignment stores would carry anything that wasn't gently worn. Its just smart living to recycle your things, and shop at these local stores to help the economy. The majority of these people care, and they will give you what you pay for, but not more than that. Don't expect high tea at the junk store, and don't expect thrift store prices at Macy's. Its just simple. If the stores don't cater to what we need as consumers we are not going to buy it. And if credit is all they think we are, even the employees are treated like customers, fee paying, profit building, and disrespected you can be sure that the clientele will be treated the exact same way. How much do we really need? How many coats, how many suits? how much is enough? Its a balance that is not always easy to maintain, but kids you could think about this more.

" Chasing earthly pleasures will only bring your frustration.."

If everyone had to wear the same thing, wed fight for our right to be our own style. If there was only BLACK clothes Macy's would not be rich, and its employees would not be forced to just wear that, people would fight for freedom to wear their own styles or even MAKE THEIR OWN CLOTHES! Referenced to the past days of history when there were no fabric stores, and we were not even allowed to BUY any fabric except black, women were told what to wear, and anything else was considered outrageous! We don't miss the choices until they are gone. Prove to others that you believe in choices, make them every day! and Say yes I made this choice, not just, well I don't care! CARE! Everything has an impact, it's your life.
"Observe" as the Indians say, you don't always have to be doing, going, buying.

Lets make the kind of choices each day, that insist upon honesty, that open the doors for respect to others choices, and keep in mind that what do is more valuable that what we look like, but that we can choose to improve the way people see us! Not just by how we dress, but that helps. What you do is up to you, choose to be smart, and say what you want , but mean what you say.

By the way, how are you?
Always
in
Love

Stolen moments

Thank you iphone

Love this:

Big brother

Just a few thoughts on the concept of "big brother"
Do we think we are being watched via surveillance camera? Hmmm yeas I do.
Does it happen in public and in secret? Yes!
Does your local entity save film images to use for public safety, or for possible criminal investigation? Yes

Can you find anything on film?
Almost!

Can you film anyone easily and make it available for public viewing?
Yes - with the exception of the same public authority that is filming you --- oh NOOOOOOOOOOOOO

This isn't a paranoid rant, or a prophetic feeling, it's a genuine concern. If the police do not want to be filmed and are protecting their right to Not be, under a wire tap law, shouldn't we?
I can say it's no big deal and we can all go back to our lives right? Except for there is only one more thing... Wouldn't it be great if your monitor was more than one way?
Remember in the movie willy wonks and the chocolate factory, with Jonny Dep, he says "it's television not telephone, very different! "

Why don't we have live interactive television? Why can't we talk back to the things we see on tv? When will real life come to our home via live two way cameras??

When will we have that technology we saw in the movie 2010 where the astronaut calls home from the space station and he sees his child on the screen? Aren't we in 2010??
Yes and most of us by now have seen skype and video chat . By now even cell phones can see us, but is it connecting us to those who can't leave home? Or don't know how to use cell phones or computers?
No! Of course not, these services are for the Internet savvy and for those willing to pay!!

I would like to change this, let me try to !!

Until video security is cheap and easy, remember there is still one big brother always watching always listening , and the price, paid in full. Prayers free, to a listening big brother Jesus, Christ He's got the all the right connections for your requests, your concerns and the best part it covers everyone all you need is faith.
Faith in computers? Not so much, faith in police - limited.

Faith it's a two way connection, and you get much more than what you see.

:)
